We can identify three leading roles in an SSI model:
Holder
The person who owns and manages their identities and attributes
Issuer
The recognized entity that certifies with its signature the subject's identity and attributes and records the trace in the blockchain to verify it.
Verifier
The entity or service portal that requires the user to identify and verify attributes through the trace embedded in the blockchain; and parse the data shared by the user for the business process.
