About Validated ID

Founded in 2012, Validated ID was created with the mission to offer digital signature services with high legal robustness and ease of use. Under this premise, we launched VIDsigner Bio — a handwritten electronic signature service on tablet, easy to integrate and, above all, legally secure.

Over time, we added further services with the same aim:VIDsigner Remote – to facilitate signing from a smartphone anywhere; VIDsigner Centralized – for enrolled users with certificates; and VIDsigner E-Delivery –for legally-reliable communications, among others.

Thanks to thousands of organisations and investors such as Randstad Innovation Fund, Caixa Capital Risc and Cuatrecasas, we have evolved to meet each moment’s needs and changed the way thousands of organisations sign and share documents. In2025, Validated ID joined Signaturit Group, strengthening its leadership in electronic signature and digital identity solutions across Europe. We now focus our efforts on delivering secure identity and digital trust solutions that enable a more digital and sustainable world—while guaranteeing people’s privacy, rights and freedoms.

Ivan Basart - CTO
Ivan Basart - Head of Digital Identity Wallet & Spanish e-Signature Products, Signaturit Group
Specialized in cryptography and digital identity, Ivan leads the technical evolution of the group’s e-signature and digital identity(SSI) services including VIDsigner and VIDchain. He also contributes to sovereign identity forums such as DIF and RWOT.
Fernando Pino - CLO
Fernando Pino - Head of Compliance, Signaturit Group
Holding a law degree and a Master in IT & Law, Fernando’s career has focused on cryptography and IT security, contributing to numerous national and international security projects as a PKI specialist and CISA auditor.
