Acerca de Validated ID

Founded in 2012, Validated ID was created with the mission to offer digital signature services with high legal robustness and ease of use. Under this premise, we launched VIDsigner Bio — a handwritten electronic signature service on tablet, easy to integrate and, above all, legally secure.

Over time, we added further services with the same aim:VIDsigner Remote – to facilitate signing from a smartphone anywhere; VIDsigner Centralized – for enrolled users with certificates; and VIDsigner E-Delivery –for legally-reliable communications, among others.

Thanks to thousands of organisations and investors such as Randstad Innovation Fund, Caixa Capital Risc and Cuatrecasas, we have evolved to meet each moment’s needs and changed the way thousands of organisations sign and share documents. In2025, Validated ID joined Signaturit Group, strengthening its leadership in electronic signature and digital identity solutions across Europe. We now focus our efforts on delivering secure identity and digital trust solutions that enable a more digital and sustainable world—while guaranteeing people’s privacy, rights and freedoms.

Validated ID nace en 2012 con la vocación de ofrecer un servicio de firma digital con alta robustez jurídica y muy fácil de usar. Con esta premisa, aportamos nuestra experiencia en diferentes áreas de trabajo y salió a la luz VIDsigner Bio, un servicio de firma electrónica manuscrita sobre tablet, muy fácil de integrar y sobre todo, muy seguro jurídicamente. Después fuimos sumando servicios con el mismo objetivo: VIDsigner Remote - para facilitar la firma desde smartphone a terceros, desde cualquier lugar, VIDsigner Centralized - para usuarios enrolados con certificado, y VIDsigner E-Delivery - para las comunicaciones fehacientes, entre otros.

Así, hemos ido adaptándonos a las necesidades en cada momento y cambiando la manera de firmar y compartir documentos para miles de organizaciones, hasta contar con la participación como inversores de . Actualmente centramos nuestros esfuerzos en ofrecer soluciones de identidad segura que permitan un mundo más digital y sostenible garantizando la privacidad, derechos y libertades a las personas.
